Terms of Service

The service

15Love lets you score tennis matches point by point, log training, attach photos and video, share a live scoreboard, and generate AI match reports. We may change or improve features over time.

Your account

You need an account to use the app. Keep your login details to yourself — you're responsible for what happens under your account. You must be old enough to hold an account under the law where you live, and you must have authority over any player profile you create.

Your content

The photos, videos, notes and scores you upload remain yours. You grant us only the permission we need to run the service: to store your content, process it, and show it to the people you've granted access to or shared a link with.

What you may not do

• Upload video or photos of someone who has not agreed to appear, or of a minor without the consent of whoever holds parental responsibility.
• Upload content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights.
• Attempt to access another user's data, or disrupt the service.

Moderation

We can remove content that breaches these terms, and suspend accounts that repeatedly do. Where we can, we'll tell you why.

AI match reports

AI reports are generated automatically from the points you recorded. They're there to help you reflect on a match — they are not coaching advice, and they can be wrong. Use your judgement.

Availability

We work to keep 15Love running, but we don't promise it will be available without interruption. We may suspend it for maintenance.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from the app. We may close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaches these terms.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Nothing in them removes the protections you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
