Who we are

15Love is a tennis coaching app. This policy covers the 15Love mobile app and 15love.ai. If you have any question about it, write to hi@15love.ai.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address, a hashed password, your language and time zone. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your email address from them — never your password.
• Player profiles you create: first and last name, date of birth, club, playing hand and ranking.
• What you record: matches point by point, training sessions, notes, and any photos or video you upload.
• How a session or match felt: your own ratings of effort, fatigue, focus, nerves and mood after a match or training, and the same from your coach. You choose whether to fill these in — they are never required.
• Comments and annotations: the text you write on a training session, and notes or drawings you place on a clip. Anyone with access to that player can read them.
• Technical data needed to run the service: a device token if you turn on notifications, and error diagnostics when something breaks.

Why we collect it

To provide the service you asked for: recording matches, showing live scores to people you share a link with, generating AI match reports, and sending the notifications you have switched on. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else processes it

• Amazon Web Services — stores your photos and videos.
• Anthropic — generates AI match reports. Match data is sent for that purpose and is not used to train their models.
• Deepgram — converts speech to text when you dictate notes.
• Expo — delivers push notifications to your device.
• Rollbar — collects error diagnostics so we can fix faults.
• Google and Apple — only if you choose to sign in with them.

Data about children

Many players recorded in 15Love are minors. An account is held by an adult — a parent, guardian or coach — who creates and manages player profiles. By creating a player profile you confirm you have the authority to do so and, where the player is a minor, the consent of whoever holds parental responsibility. If you believe a child's data is in 15Love without that authority, write to hi@15love.ai and we will remove it.

Who can see a player's data

Only you and the people you explicitly grant access to. Access is per player, and you choose whether someone can view or also edit. A match you choose to share has a public link — anyone holding that link can see the score and any clips attached to it, so only share it with people you're happy to have watch.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account exists. When you delete your account we delete your login, your player profiles, and the matches, sessions, photos and videos attached to them. Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis and clear within 30 days.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time — most of it directly in the app, and the rest by writing to hi@15love.ai. You can also object to processing or ask us to restrict it. If you think we've got something wrong, you have the right to complain to your data protection authority; in France that is the CNIL.

Where your data is held

Our servers are in the European Union. Some of the processors listed above operate outside the EU; where they do, transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
