Email hi@15love.ai. Tell us the player's name and roughly when the match or session happened — that's usually enough for us to find the problem quickly. We answer in English and French.
The FAQ covers getting started, live scoring, coaching access, AI match reports and account questions. It's the fastest route for anything common.
If a clip is stuck processing, won't play, or shows someone who hasn't agreed to appear, email us with the match and the approximate upload time. We can remove any clip on request.
You can delete your account at any time from the app: open your profile, choose Account, then Delete account. Deletion removes your login, the player profiles you own, and the matches, sessions, photos and videos attached to them. It cannot be undone. If you can't reach the app, email hi@15love.ai from your account address and we'll delete it for you.
You don't have to delete everything. Individual clips can be removed from the match or session they belong to, and a player profile can be deleted on its own, leaving the rest of your account intact.
Write to us and a human will answer. We aim to reply within two working days.
